Service / Ownership Context

This axle is matched to SE’s 135mm rear dropout spacing on the Fast Ripper. Installing the wrong axle length or diameter will cause bearing preload issues and poor wheel alignment. At Go Grava, we check model year and hub width before installation to prevent improper fit.

Fit & Use Signals

  • Good Fit: SE Fast Ripper MY21–MY22 rear hubs with 135mm solid axle spacing.
  • Not A Fit: Other BMX brands, 3/8" 110mm spacing axles, 14mm hubs, or thru-axle systems.
Specific OEM axle for Fast Ripper. 135mm spacing and 190mm length matter — wrong length = bad bearing preload & wheel misalignment. Customers assume all 3/8 axles are the same — they’re not. Confirm model year before selling. Bent axles usually from crash damage or poor chain tension. If wheel doesn’t spin smoothly after install, axle length is wrong. Chromoly resists bending better than mild steel. Doesn’t include cones or spacers. Always recheck wheel alignment and chain tension after install.
