REFUND & RETURN POLICY

๐Ÿšซ All Sales Are Final Once the Product Leaves the Store

Any product or bicycle that leaves the Go Grava store after purchase is non-refundable, whether it has been used or not. This includes all in-store purchases and any items picked up from our location.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Special Orders

All special order items placed by a customer are subject to a 20% cancellation fee if canceled after the order has been placed with our supplier. This applies even if the item has not yet shipped.


๐Ÿ“… General Return Eligibility (Non-Bike, Non-Custom Items)

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery for eligible non-custom, unused items. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect clothing sizes (return shipping is the customerโ€™s responsibility).

  • Defective or damaged items.

๐Ÿšš Shipping & Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing insurance.


๐Ÿšซ Non-Returnable Items

  • Bicycles, e-bikes, e-scooters once they leave the store

  • Special order items (once fulfilled)

  • Clearance items

  • Virtual products (e.g., gift cards, digital goods)

  • Used or damaged goods, including items with:

    • Smoke or perfume odors

    • Pet hair

    • Stains, signs of wear, or that have been washed

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
