Confirm the rim manufacturer's permitted tire widths and your frame and fork clearance before choosing a size. A 622 mm wheel diameter alone does not establish fit. Actual inflated width depends on the rim and installation.

What wheel diameter is required? A compatible 622 mm bead-seat-diameter clincher rim. This tire does not fit 584 mm / 650b / 27.5-inch or 559 mm / 26-inch rims.
How should a mechanic choose the width? Check the exact rim manufacturer's approved tire-width range and measure frame and fork clearance. Allow the bicycle manufacturer's required operating clearance around the mounted, inflated tire. Do not guarantee fit from a bicycle model name or nominal tire width alone.
