Our Full E-Service Tune is our most comprehensive e-bike service option, designed for bikes that require advanced mechanical and electrical labor to restore performance, safety, and reliability. This service is used when standard E-Service is not sufficient and deeper diagnostics, drivetrain work, or precision adjustments are required.

This is the appropriate service tier for high-mileage e-bikes, performance issues, or bikes that have fallen significantly out of adjustment.

Complete E-Bike Diagnostics

• Full system evaluation of electrical and mechanical components

• Identification of underlying issues affecting performance or reliability

Deep Clean & Component Prep

• Full bike wash and frame cleaning

• Ultrasonic cleaning of cassette and drivetrain components

• Removal of built-up grime to ensure accurate service and adjustment

Advanced Mechanical Service

• Drivetrain service or replacement labor

• Precision shifting tune under load

• Hydraulic brake bleed and brake adjustment

• Wheel truing check and minor corrections

Bearing & Contact Point Service

• Inspect and service bottom bracket bearings

• Inspect and service headset bearings

Lubrication & Protection

• Fresh grease applied to serviced components

• Chain and drivetrain lubricated for smooth, quiet operation

• This service does not include replacement parts (drivetrain components, brake pads, bearings, electric parts, etc.)

• Advanced electrical failures, firmware issues, or motor/battery replacement may require additional service or referral
