Our E-Service Diagnostic & Repair is the entry-level service for electric bicycles and scooters. This service covers inspection, diagnostics, and basic electrical or mechanical corrections required to identify and resolve common issues.

This is the minimum service charge for checking in any e-bike or e-scooter for maintenance or repair.

What’s Included

Electrical Diagnostics

• System inspection to identify non-functioning or intermittent components

• Controller, wiring, sensor, and accessory diagnostics

Basic Electrical & Mechanical Service

• Controller swaps (when applicable)

• Basic wiring repair or rewiring

• Shifting and brake adjustments on e-bikes

• Mechanical corrections related to electric system issues

Service Evaluation

• Clear explanation of findings

• Recommendation for next steps if advanced repair is required

Good to Know

• This service does not include replacement electric parts (controllers, displays, batteries, sensors, motors, etc.)

• More complex electronic issues, firmware problems, or extensive diagnostics may require a higher-level E-Service

• Customer-supplied parts are serviced at standard labor rates and are not covered under shop warranty

• Final repair scope and pricing are always discussed before additional work is performed
