The Simple Service Plan covers quick, in-shop adjustments and basic installs that don’t require a full tune-up or advanced diagnostics. It’s designed for small fixes that keep your bike rolling safely and smoothly.
This service commonly includes:

Flat tire changes on standard bicycles

Basic gear and shifting adjustments

Chain installation for chains purchased in-store

Installation of common accessories purchased at Go Grava (lights, bells, computers, cages, etc.)

Applies to standard bicycles unless otherwise discussed

Does not include suspension service, wheel truing, or major drivetrain work
