200-Hour Shock Service

Maximize Performance with a Comprehensive 200-Hour Shock Service

Your suspension works hard to keep your ride smooth, responsive, and controlled. After 200 hours of riding, it’s time for a full overhaul to ensure your rear shock is performing at its peak. Our 200-hour shock service goes beyond routine maintenance, addressing every aspect of your suspension to restore like-new performance and extend its lifespan.

What’s Included?

  • Full Disassembly & Inspection: Tear down your shock completely to inspect every internal component for wear, damage, or fatigue.
  • Complete Seal Kit Replacement: Replace all seals, O-rings, and wear components to ensure a perfect seal and smooth operation.
  • Damper Rebuild: Clean, inspect, and rebuild the damper, including refreshing or upgrading the oil and internal components for precise performance.
  • Air Can Rebuild: Replace seals, clean, and service the air can for maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Nitrogen or Air Charge (if applicable): **Coming Soon**
  • Performance Testing: After reassembly, we test and tune your shock to ensure it performs like new.

How It’s Different from a 50-Hour Service
The 50-hour service is a routine maintenance procedure focused on cleaning, inspecting, and refreshing seals and oil to maintain performance. The 200-hour service, however, is a comprehensive overhaul that addresses the entire shock system. Internal components are fully disassembled, inspected, and replaced as needed, ensuring every aspect of your shock is functioning at its best. This service also includes advanced maintenance tasks like damper and air can rebuilds, which aren’t part of the 50-hour service.

Why Choose a 200-Hour Service?
After 200 hours, your shock has endured significant wear, and dirt, oil degradation, and seal fatigue can compromise performance. A 200-hour service restores factory performance, improves long-term reliability, and helps prevent costly repairs or replacements. It’s essential for riders who push their bikes hard or haven’t had a full suspension overhaul in over a year.
