Himiway C5 Ultra Full-Suspension E-Bike – 750 W Hub Motor
The Himiway C5 Ultra is a full-suspension electric bike built on a 6061 aluminum frame with a compact 20" fat-tire wheel platform. The chassis uses a dual-suspension layout with a KKE R150S front coil fork offering 140 mm of travel and rebound adjustment, paired with an EXA A5-RE rear shock (180 × 47 mm).
The e-bike system is driven by a 750 W brushless geared rear hub motor, controlled by a 48 V / 22 A controller. Power is supplied by a 48 V 20 Ah battery using Samsung/LG cells. The bike uses a multi-sensor system that includes torque, speed, and brake sensors, supporting more responsive pedal assist behavior alongside a thumb throttle. Estimated range is 60–80 miles depending on assist level and riding conditions.
Rolling components include 20" × 4.0" aluminum rims with 12G spokes, matched to Kenda × Himiway 20 × 4.0 fat tires. Braking is handled by Tektro HD-E3520 hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors front and rear. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano Altus M310 7-speed rear derailleur, Shimano MF-TZ500-7 freewheel (14–28T), KMC Z8.3 EPT chain, and a 44T alloy crankset with 145 mm crank arms.
The bike is equipped with a Himiway C2 LCD display, integrated 48 V LED lighting, a heavy-duty aluminum kickstand, wide handlebar cockpit, and an extended saddle. Claimed rider height range is 5'4" to 6'3", with a maximum payload capacity of 330 lb.
