You find the build you would like and make a deposit on your dream build.
1. Sizing is custom to you. The sizing chart will be approved before the build begins.
2. We schedule a One-on-One in the store or a 60 minute video conference within the first 7 days of your deposit.
3. Before the meeting we will have a list of measurements we will require for your build. We would also like to talk about your best bicycle setup you currently have. If you have something that works well for you, we can replicate all of that.
4. Your design concept needs to be considered at this time. Do you want raw titanium? No Problem. Is there a pattern you would love to see anodized, okay. What color fork would you like? Complex designs will add additional time to the build.
5. Customization will impact the delivery timeline. The standard GoGrava or Duarte designed bicycle in the pictures takes 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Any additional customization could take longer. Raw titanium with basic anodizing is the fastest. You will be given a full price to agree upon before the custom build starts.
6. We provide you updates along the way. We let you know when the Italian Titanium arrives in Colombia, when the frame is welded together, when the frame is shipping to the USA, and when we complete the build for delivery.
7. Final payment is due when the frame and fork are ready for shipping to the USA.
8. Shipping is roughly $150 added to the cost of the custom build and taxes are added to every order. All other logistic costs to get your frame custom built and shipped to our Go Grava store are included in the cost.
