You pick the color design that you like and we will start the build process. (link to color design below)
1. You will receive an email confirming your purchase. You have the opportunity to ask questions about the build and receive the build sheet.
2. We schedule a 30 minute call to hand select your options and size.
5. Customization will impact the delivery timeline. The standard F. Duarte designed bicycle in the pictures takes 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Any additional customization will take longer.
6. We provide you updates along the way. We let you know when the frame is built and ready to ship, when we receive it in the store, and when we are ready to ship.
7. Final payment for additional customization is due before delivery.
8. Shipping is roughly $150 added to the cost of the bicycle purchase.

After you place an order, we will walk you through the custom purchase. The frame and fork are shipped to the USA and Go Grava assembles in the USA.

Collaboratively, we'll craft the blueprint of your dream bike, covering everything from frame build and dimensions to design and groupset selection. As for additional components such as wheels, stem cap, stem, and tires, we'll fine-tune those details approximately 6 weeks later when we're ready to order your customized components for the build. Please note that any upgrades beyond our standard components may incur additional costs, ensuring your bike is tailored precisely to your specifications.
Yes, any upgrades come at an extra cost but we are open to upgrades of your choosing. Groupsets need to be decided early in the build process.
Yes, frame and fork can be special ordered. You will need to email us first to start the process and get a quote.
