The Tannus Armour is a protective tire insert designed to wrap around your inner tube, adding up to 15 mm of puncture protection while improving ride stability and comfort.

Installed between the tire and tube, Armour helps shield against flats caused by glass, thorns, and sharp debris. In the event of a puncture, the insert allows you to continue riding for a limited distance with reduced risk of rim damage(fat tire sizes excluded), making it a practical option for commuting, e-bikes, cargo bikes, and everyday riding where reliability matters.

The insert’s sidewall support also helps stabilize the tire during cornering and dampen road vibration, resulting in a smoother, more controlled ride—especially on heavier bikes or rough pavement.

Installation requires the use of a smaller inner tube than standard. Proper sizing and rim compatibility are important to ensure correct fit and performance.
