Shipping Policy

When ordering from us at Grava Adventure Corporation, orders ship 3-5 business days from order date. Though this is the general shipping policy, we usually have orders out within 1-3 business days.  Orders outside of the USA will take longer to process through customs.  We will not refund items shipped outside the USA unless it has been 90 days since the shipment has been pending delivery.  We have seen instances where it has taken 90 days to clear customs in countries like Canada.
