SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
At Go Grava Adventure Corporation, we aim to ship most orders within 1 business day. However, our official processing window is 3–5 business days.
Why the buffer? We are a community-focused local bike shop that actively supports youth cycling teams, group rides, and regional events. Occasionally, these commitments may delay fulfillment by a day or two. When that happens, we appreciate your patience — you’re directly supporting grassroots cycling.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates (Continental USA)
- Complete bicycles & e-bikes: Flat $200 shipping
- Framesets, frame boxes, and oversized items: Flat $100 shipping
- Smaller accessories and parts: Calculated at checkout
Due to increased carrier costs in 2026, bicycle shipping at $200 represents a significant subsidy from our side.
Signature Required on Bicycles & E-Bikes
All bicycles and e-bikes ship signature required.
If delivery is attempted and no signature is obtained, and the shipment is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges required to resend the item.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.
International Shipping
We may ship internationally on a case-by-case basis.
You must contact us before placing an international order. International shipments are not automatic at checkout.
Customers are fully responsible for:
- VAT
- Duties
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
These charges are not included in your purchase.
International deliveries may experience significant customs delays. We have seen shipments take up to 90 days to clear customs.
We do not issue refunds on international shipments unless the package has shown no delivery progress for at least 90 days.
Packaging Standards
We professionally pack every shipment in-house. Bikes are inspected, secured, and boxed with care.
To date, we have maintained an excellent shipping record and take pride in ensuring your gear arrives safely.
Shipping Damage & Manufacturer Defects
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we require:
- Photos of the outer box (all sides)
- Photos of internal packaging
- Clear photos of the damaged item
Shipping Damage: If damage occurred during transit, we will work directly with the carrier to file a claim and will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Our goal is simple — if something arrives wrong, we make it right.
Manufacturer Defects: Defective components or frames are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Go Grava will coordinate warranty claims on your behalf whenever possible.
Minor cosmetic damage may be resolved with replacement parts or partial refund. Structural or ride-affecting damage will result in replacement or full refund.
Please note: we cannot accept damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
Assembly & Responsibility
Complete bicycles are shipped partially disassembled for safety. Final assembly, adjustment, and safety checks by a professional bike mechanic are strongly recommended.
Damage caused by improper assembly or installation is not covered.
