As we roll deeper into 2025, we’ve been taking a moment to look back on the road we’ve traveled — and the path ahead. Nearly three years ago, Go Grava started as an idea rooted in mobility, community, and adventure. Today, we’re proud to be 1.5 years into operating our brick-and-mortar bicycle and mobility store in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.

It’s been a ride — uphill climbs, smooth descents, and a few unexpected turns — but every mile has been worth it.

From Idea to Storefront

When we first launched Grava Adventure Corporation, our mission was simple: make outdoor mobility more accessible to everyone. That meant not just bicycles, but e-bikes, adaptive cycling, and e-scooters — because adventure doesn’t have a single definition, and mobility comes in many forms.

In March 2024, we opened our Wyomissing store, transforming a vision into a community hub. From the start, our focus wasn’t just selling products — it was creating a space where riders could connect, learn, and feel supported.

Building a Community

Over the past 18 months, we’ve worked hard to embed ourselves into the local cycling and mobility scene. We’ve:

  • Hosted Wednesday Night Rides, now a regular tradition that brings riders of all levels together.

  • Partnered with local organizations and events, offering neutral support for youth MTB races and promoting cycling safety.

  • Launched in-house financing options to make mobility more accessible.

  • Brought on trusted brands like Giant, Liv, Pivot, Fuji, Breezer, Tern, and others — ensuring riders have quality options no matter their needs or budget.

And yes, we even have a Golden Retriever named Miley on temporary leave due to excessive shedding.

Navigating a Changing Industry

The cycling industry is global — and in recent years, it’s been unpredictable. We’ve seen supply chain shifts, fluctuating demand, and increased online competition. Being a newer shop meant we had to be agile.

In 2024, we doubled down on what makes Go Grava unique:

  • A diverse product mix blending globally manufactured staples with American-made components and gear when possible.

  • Expert e-bike and e-scooter repairs — one of the only full-service e-mobility repair options within 70 miles.

  • Transparent storytelling through YouTube and social media, giving customers a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to grow a shop from the ground up.

2025: A Year of Growth and Preparation

This year is all about setting the stage for bigger things:

  • Financial Focus: We’re working hard to pay down debt from startup loans and Shopify financing, positioning ourselves for profitability in 2026.

  • Community Connection: Continuing our ride programs, workshops, and local partnerships to keep mobility culture alive and thriving in Wyomissing.

The Road Ahead

Looking forward, we’re optimistic. By year three, we expect to hit our stride — a place where inventory is balanced, operations are streamlined, and our reach extends beyond our walls through content, events, and community engagement.

We know the road won’t always be smooth. But with every ride, repair, and conversation, we’re building something lasting: a shop that isn’t just part of the cycling industry, but part of people’s lives.

Here’s to the next climb — and the view from the top.
