Reward and Gift Card Company Policy

Effective Date: 1 June 2023

Thank you for participating in our Rewards Program. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the program. By participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to comply with the following rules:

1. Eligibility:
1.1. The Rewards Program is available to all customers who make purchases at our store.
1.2. Customers must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the program.

2. Earning Rewards Cash:
2.1. Customers will earn rewards cash based on their qualifying purchases as follows:
- For purchases of $50 or more, customers will receive 5% of rewards cash.
- For purchases of $150 or more, customers will receive 10% of rewards cash.
2.2. Rewards cash will be calculated based on the pre-tax purchase amount.
2.3. Rewards cash will be credited to the customer's Rewards Account within 48 hours of a qualifying purchase.

3. Redemption of Rewards Cash:
3.1. Rewards cash cannot be used during the same transaction in which it is earned.
3.2. Rewards cash cannot be gifted or transferred to another customer's account.
3.3. Rewards cash cannot be converted into real cash or refunded as cash in the store.
3.4. Rewards cash can only be redeemed towards future purchases at our store.
3.5. When a customer returns an item purchased with rewards cash, the equivalent amount of rewards cash will be credited back to their Rewards Account.

3.6. Rewards Cash is only valid for 5 Months past the purchase date.  

4. Miscellaneous:
4.1. Rewards cash has no cash value outside of our store and cannot be exchanged for real currency or transferred to another party.
4.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, including any rules or benefits, at any time without prior notice.
4.3. We reserve the right to revoke rewards cash or terminate a customer's participation in the program if any fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
4.4. Our company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of rewards cash.
4.5. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Rewards Program will be resolved in accordance with the laws of The State of Wyoming in the United States of America.

By participating in the Rewards Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to abide by its terms and conditions. Our company reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy at its sole discretion.

Gift Card Policy

Thank you for choosing our company's gift cards. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the use and redemption of our electronic gift cards. By purchasing or using our gift cards, you agree to comply with the following rules:

1. Gift Card Purchase:
1.1. Our gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100.
1.2. Gift cards can be purchased through our website or authorized retailers.
1.3. We do not issue physical gift cards; all gift cards are electronic and delivered via email.

2. Gift Card Expiration:
2.1. Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
2.2. Expired gift cards will become void and cannot be used for any purchases or redeemed for store credit.
2.3. It is the responsibility of the gift card recipient to use the gift card within the specified expiration period.

3. Gift Card Redemption:
3.1. Gift cards can be redeemed towards the purchase of merchandise at our store.
3.2. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded in any form.
3.3. If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid using an alternative payment method.
3.4. Any unused balance on a gift card after a purchase will remain as store credit in the recipient's account.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards:
4.1. Gift cards should be treated as cash, and our company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
4.2. We recommend keeping the gift card details secure and not sharing them with others.
4.3. If you believe your gift card has been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team immediately to report the issue. We may be able to assist you in freezing the card or issuing a replacement at our sole discretion.

5. Modifications and Termination:
5.1. Our company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the gift card program, including any rules or benefits, at any time without prior notice.
5.2. We reserve the right to refuse the use of a gift card if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the gift card has been tampered with.

6. Limitations:
6.1. Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.
6.2. Gift cards cannot be resold, exchanged, or used for unauthorized purposes.
6.3. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.

7. Governing Law:
7.1. Any disputes arising out of or related to the gift card program will be resolved in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
