🏞️ Day 1: Setting Up the Grava Booth
On the first day of the event, we set up the Grava Booth, where attendees had the opportunity to explore our innovative bicycle bags, including the Grava RuckSack, and check out our stylish Grava clothing line. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as cyclists gathered to learn more about our products and converse with Grava. We also got the chance to meet fellow vendors and connect with old friends while making new ones. It was the perfect way to start off the weekend.

🚴‍♀️ Exploring unPAved Vendors
After setting up, we took a tour of the event and highlighted the diverse range of vendors at unPAved. From cutting-edge gear to the latest cycling accessories, there was something for everyone. Cyclists had the opportunity to check out different brands and their products, including bikes, wheels, nutrition, hydration, and more. The vendors were very knowledgeable, welcoming, and eager to engage with cyclists and share their experiences. It was a great way to learn about new products and to see what was out there in the market.

🎤 Exclusive Interview with Dave Pryor
We had the incredible opportunity to sit down and chat with Dave Pryor, the visionary founder of the 8th edition of unPAved. Dave is a long time cyclist, and he shared his inspiration for the event, the challenges he has had to overcome, and the incredible experiences that have made unPAved what it is today. He shared how he wanted to create an event that was welcoming to all people, no matter their skills or experience level, and where people could truly come together and celebrate the spirit and joy of cycling. His passion for the event and for cycling was evident, and it was truly inspiring to listen to him speak.

🚵‍♂️ The unPAved Experience: Distances and Timed Segments
One of the most unique aspects of unPAved is the various distance levels riders can choose, including the 30, 90, or 120-mile rides. Riders were able to take breaks at specific segments that were timed, allowing them to rest, connect with friends, and truly savor the breathtaking landscapes that surrounded everyone. The combination of the gravel paths and the rolling hills provided just the right amount of challenge, and the camaraderie among the riders was inspiring. It was truly a journey that most will never forget.

⛺ Grava Camps Overnight
After a full day of visiting with old friends and making new ones, what better way to end the day than by camping out overnight? The camps provided a comfortable and welcoming environment for riders to relax and unwind and prepare the next days riding. We were able to connect with other riders, share stories, and make new friends. The shared sense of adventure and connection was palpable, and it truly made for an unforgettable experience.
